1) Will I have the same power with the HAFC Kit installed?

Yes, you will actually experience increased power with the addition of our water gas (aka Brown's Gas) which has 5 times the energy potential of regular gasoline along with the octane boost to your fuel you will get with our special additive.

Return to the FAQ's list

2) Will the water in the fuel cell freeze?

No, it will get slushy under very cold conditions. The electrical current moving through the fuel cell in combination with the heat from your engine will thaw out the caustic solution very quickly and the unit will resume the production of water gas.

Return to the FAQ's list

3) Does the HAFC technology yield the same proportional savings for city as for highway?

Yes, if you currently get 18 city and 22 highway and only achieve the guaranteed 50% increase you would than be at, or very close to, 27 city and 33 highway.

Return to the FAQ's list

4) Will the HAFC perform the same in cold and/or hot weather?

Our test results have shown even better mileage results in cold weather, most likely due to the fact your windows are all the way up and your air conditioning is off. In very hot climates it is recommended you check the water level in your fuel cell regularly, if not optimally charged it is more likely to froth up in hot weather conditions.

Return to the FAQ's list

5) Is it 100% legal? Can I still take my car across different states or to Canada/Mexico?

Yes, we are not modifying your engine or emission system in any way, we are conditioning the gasoline you are currently using and complementing the combustion process with an alternative fuel source. It is comparable to converting your vehicle to propane, which as far as we can determine, is legal in all 50 states and Canada. CARB or California Air Resources Board certification is pending. See also question 20 concerning tampering laws

Return to the FAQ's list

6) Why am I required to fill out a quotation request for the PICC?

Market information for our potential Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter customers. If it becomes necessary to custom manufacture the PICC for each make and model vehicle obviously we would want to concentrate on the most popular models first and than work our way down the list.

Return to the FAQ's list

7) Why is it that the PICC does not have a fixed price?

Research is still continuing and the final market prices has yet to be determined, however at this time we believe 6 sizes or models will encompass all cars and pickups on the road today. If that indeed proves to be the case, the PICC will be the same price whether you have a 7.4 liter engine in a new Hummer or a '95 Chevy pickup. We believe the average price will be close to $3,500 for the complete package or $2,500 ($1,000 less) for those with an existing Hydro Assist Fuel Cell installed.

Return to the FAQ's list

8) Can I trust this technology for long trips?

You would exercise the same common sense you relayed on before the HAFC addition. It is a good practice to never drop below 1/2 tank of fuel; the more air in your fuel tank creates more evaporation of your fuel vapors and therefore less fuel economy.

Return to the FAQ's list

9) Will it in any way affect my catalytic converter or any other part of my engine?

Yes, it will extend the life of your existing catalytic converter by burning more of your fuel before being exhausted through your catalytic converter. The main cause for catalytic converter replacement is due to clogging by un burnt fuel. The HAFC will also increase the life of your engine by cleaning out all the built up sludge from un burnt fuel.

Return to the FAQ's list

10) How will the water gas affect the metal inner parts of my engine?

There is a certain amount of water in the gasoline you are using now and we have no control over that, our process does not introduce any water in liquid form into your engine. The water gas line has a dryer installed and this gas line should be introduced into your air intake system in front of the air cleaner to guard against any possibility of any remaining moisture entering into your engine.

Return to the FAQ's list

11) Is it safe in case of an accident & will anything explosive or corrosive be exposed?

The fuel cell is wired into the same circuit as your fuel pump, fuel pump off = fuel cell off. Also the water gas is not explosive in it's pure form it is implosive; it only becomes explosive when mixed with your fuel inside the cylinders. In case of an improperly wired installation where the fuel cell does not shut off our water gas is lighter than air and would immediately dissipate into the atmosphere.

The caustic mixture contained in the fuel cell is corrosive, similar to the liquid in your battery. It would be much more likely for your battery's plastic case to rupture than the stainless steel case on our fuel cell.

Return to the FAQ's list

12) If the HAFC technology is so good, why doesn't it come standard with my car?

That is a question for the auto manufactures to answer. It is a well-known fact that vaporized fuel greatly increases fuel economy and reduces emissions. The History Channel did one of their Modern Marvel series on Gasoline that documents these facts very well.

Return to the FAQ's list

13) If I sell my car can I take the HAFC out and put it into my new one?

Yes, but why when you can get a much better price out of your old car with the increased fuel economy? There are used car dealerships modifying their inventory with our HAFC technology now to offer a superior product over their competitors. For example say you are selling your '02 Honda Accord and there are 2 others in the classifieds, now if you could include 66 or better mpg in your ad, and document that fact, which of the 3 would sell first and for a higher price?

Return to the FAQ's list

14) If I do get the 50% MPG increase (or more) but for some reason I don't want it, will you take it back?

No, we have performed our part of the transaction by providing you a product that attained or exceeding the advertised benefits in our Savings Warrantee.

Return to the FAQ's list

15) Where can I see a working application in my area?

We do not give out our customer's information for obvious reasons, however we have an ever-growing list of trained mechanics all over North America and some foreign countries. Contact information will be included in your kit to locate a mechanic in your area that would be happy to show you a completed installation. See also question # 34

Return to the FAQ's list

16) Why are you selling these fuel technologies?

As a business to bring a high demand product to market and make a profit in doing so. As concerned Americans, the satisfaction of doing our part to reduce America's dependence on foreign oil sources and the emissions we all have to breath.

Return to the FAQ's list

17) How long have you been selling the HAFC and how many happy customers can vouch for it?

The HAFC Kit was first introduced to the UCSA dealer network and their affiliates back in May of '07 for field-testing and we have come a long way since than. Our major obstacle has been in overcoming the ECM or Electronic Control Module (your on-board computer) especially on the newer vehicles. Everything included in the kit has been on the market for years in various forms and with varying results excluding our exclusive optimizer.

What we have discovered is any device that is installed (or fuel additive) to increase your fuel economy by an average of 10% or more results in your ECM going into a default or full rich mode destroying any gains you may have achieved. Is this intentionally designed into the system by the auto manufactures? You decide, we believe so and have an abundance of evidence to prove exactly that.

Return to the FAQ's list

18) How long can I expect my HAFC to last?

The 1 year parts warranty covers you for any possibility of a defective part getting past our quality control measures. The Hydro Assist Fuel Cell kit components are constructed and designed to last well past the expected lifetime of your vehicle.

  • The single fuel cell is of stainless steel construction (new double cell design is of high impact plastic) with no moving parts. If properly installed and charged (15 amp +/- draw on the circuit) and producing the correct amount of gas (+/- 1 liter per minute) it is functioning properly.
  • The vaporizer is constructed of aluminum casting wrapped in permanent magnets and will not deteriorate over time. The only defect that could possibly occur with the vaporizer would be a thread problem on the fittings.
  • Our exclusive optimizer consists of electronics and like any electronic devise either functions properly or is defective.

Return to the FAQ's list

19) Will installing a Hydro Assist Fuel Cell void my new car warranty?

Not unless they can prove a component of the HAFC Kit caused a failure, and we will go to bat side by side with you if any auto manufacture makes such a claim.

US Code - Title 15, Chapter 50, Sections 2301-2312 Legally, a vehicle manufacturer can not void the warranty on a vehicle due to an after-market part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle. If your vehicle manufacturer fails to honor emission/warranty claims, contact the EPA at (202) 260-2080 or www.epa.gov. If federal warranty protection is denied, contact the FTC at (202) 326-3128 or www.ftc.gov.

Return to the FAQ's list

20) What about state or federal emission system tampering laws?

The installation of the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell Kit does NOT involve the disassembly, assembly or removal of any components of your emission control system for the purpose of repair or replacement. We do not disassemble those components; we leave them right in place to function as the auto manufacture designed them. The HAFC Kit does include our special computerized optimizer to enhance the process to the advantage of our customers.

Return to the FAQ's list

21) Why don't you publish a list of your trained mechanics?

We are adding trained mechanics on a daily basis, graduating trainers via the three training options now available, so the database is continuously growing.

From the companies perspective they want their trained professionals training others and installing product, not fielding non-customer questions at all hours of the day and night. Any mechanic can install the components of your HAFC kit, a mechanic familiar with automotive electrical systems should install the optimizer. There will be contact information included in your HAFC Kit to locate a trained mechanic close to you incase you actually need their services to fine tune the optimizer.

Return to the FAQ's list

22) When will the PICC be released to the public?

That is a good question. The public debut of our Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter will be at the Washington International Renewable Energy Conference on March 4th thru the 6th 2008 in Washington DC. Follow this link for more information on WIREC 2008

We are planning to have an SUV there that will be getting over 100 miles per gallon. We are also hoping, with our multi-million dollar ad campaign to have tens of thousands of people with the HAFC kits on their cars that are ready for the upgrade. We will than have the certified mechanics in place (who can do both HAFC and PICC conversions) and the track record of tens of thousands of people getting an average, we hope, of double mileage at that time just with the HAFC.

It will then be up to the EPA to decide whether or not to give our Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter the status of acceptable catalytic converter replacement. Of course with our PICC converter on a car we will be able to breath the exhaust coming out, and it would be pretty difficult for the EPA to deny it at least equal status to the catalytic converters on cars today. We do absolutely expect approval by no later than May. Shortly after the EPA approval, we will be modifying cars by upgrading them to the PICC. Of course those cars who have the HAFC kit will be modified first.

23) How do you measure the before and after fuel economy results?

The Orange test outlined below compares oranges to oranges scientifically and is the only way to accurately measure your fuel economy.

Arrow    Find a freeway (or non-congested stretch of highway) with at least three lanes going in both directions and an entrance and exit ramp on both sides (or a designated u-turn area). It should be the straightest and most level strip of roadway available to you. There must be a filling station at your chosen starting point.
Arrow    Stop at your start point and fill-up your vehicle on the slow flow setting until it clicks off the first time (this could be anywhere from 90-95% of capacity depending on make & model but will be the same every-time with the same pump).
Arrow    Travel at least twenty miles or more to a designated u-turn and head back to your starting point. Use cruise control to maintain a constant speed of 55, 65 or whatever mph in both directions.
Arrow    Return to the filling station you filled up at and re-fill your vehicle at the same pump exactly as before.
Arrow    The amount of fuel used to travel your chosen distance (must be a minimum of 40 miles or 65 kilometers) will determine your fuel economy under controlled highway conditions.
Arrow    Divide the total distance traveled by the amount of fuel used to calculate your miles per gallon, miles per liter or kilometers per gallon/liter

Return to the FAQ's list

24) Will the HAFC work in my diesel car?

No, the HAFC kit has not been properly researched for diesel engines, it is only designed for gasoline engines. Diesel powered vehicle owners may still apply for a quote for the PICC, because that technology will be designed for diesel as well as gasoline engines. In fact, we believe we will be able to improve the mileage of 18 wheeler trucks by 4 or 5 times with the PICC technology.

Return to the FAQ's list

25) What size fuel cell do we need for our vehicle?

The HAFC quote(s) you receive back will be based upon the type of vehicle(s) you have. If you have a four cylinder, we will be sending you either a single cell unit or a unit that can be either single or double cell with instructions to use it as a single cell unit. If you have an 8 cylinder vehicle we will quote a double cell unit and instructions included in your kit will explain how to wire up both sides of the fuel cell.

The Fuel cell kits are designed to be used on pretty much all vehicles. If you have a 6 cylinder, hooking up both sides of the double cell unit will be your option based upon the amount of amperage available with your car’s electrical system. We charge the same price for the double cell kit as for the single cell kit, but there are good reasons with a smaller car where things are tight and more compact to use a single cell.

Return to the FAQ's list

26) Do you have enough trained mechanics to get my HAFC installed right away?

ANY mechanic should be able to install the HAFC components from the directions included in the kit without ever receiving specialized training. We have several schools across the country that trains master mechanics to train local mechanics on how to do the installation. As of this writing (Jan '08) we have already graduated 100 Trainers (and sold well over 100 correspondence courses) to go back to their local areas and train mechanics. These trainers are setting up schools and can train 6-12 mechanics a week.

In addition to that, we have a Mechanics Training Correspondence Course for teaching, installing and tuning. We will recommend a trained and certified mechanic to any kit buyer with their kit purchase, but you do not have to use our trained mechanics. Many kit buyers who are handy and mechanically inclined can install the kit themselves. The sensitive step is in tuning the emissions control computer system (our optimizer). We have trained specialists in that area who are responsible for the recruiting and training of the tuning technicians in every major marketing area of the USA. With the proper equipment a vehicle can be tuned in a matter of as little as 15 minutes (30 minutes tops). By the time you will need a Certified Tuning Technician, we will be ready to refer one to you within a reasonable driving distance of your home.

Return to the FAQ's list

27) If proper “tuning” is the key to savings, how often do we need to have the optimizer tuned?

Proper “tuning” is, indeed the key. There are some cars that only require installation and do not need to be tuned. Unlike getting a tune-up, this “tuning” does not have to be done every year. In the event of a total failure and shutting down of the electrical system in your vehicle, it may have to be repeated, but that is pretty much it. The various fuel saving devices of the kit can be doing their job, but many times the on board computer has been set up in a manner to defeat fuel improvement devices. You may wonder how that is in the interests of the manufacturer, but when the fuel burns too clean, there is no carbon build up or sludge that wears out the engine and the engine lasts three times as long and you keep the car longer without trading it in on a new model.

In a great many instances your vehicles computer is designed to actually defeat any fuel saving devices. In our case, our mini-computer (the Optimizer) is hooked up to the manufacturer’s computer and our Optimizer teaches their computer how to accept and manage our system without rejecting it or the savings. We do this in a manner that is legal in all states. Our computer is “the good wife”. It makes their computer think it was its own idea.

Return to the FAQ's list

28) Why buy the Hydro-Assist Fuel Cell now rather than just waiting for the PICC?

That would not be a very wise decision in that the HAFC is a component part of the PICC package. The HAFC alone is guaranteed to increase your fuel economy right now by at least 50% while the PICC upgrade for your model car is being perfected. You most likely will be required to eventually buy the HAFC components with the PICC package, and, if in the unlikely case that it is not necessary to improve the effectiveness of the PICC for your car, you will be allowed to return it for a full refund or keep it and have it installed on another car.

There is nothing to lose in getting the benefit of the HAFC right now while the PICC technology is waiting for EPA approval in the US. It basically costs you absolutely nothing extra! Many people will discover that the HAFC is so effective that the extra cost to upgrade into the PICC will not be cost effective. In that case the whole thing was achieved with a kit that cost somewhere around a thousand dollars. We currently have around a dozen cars with the HAFC portion that have increased their mileage, on our scientific mileage test, of over one hundred miles per gallon! Why spend a few thousand more dollars improving that? You may stop at the HAFC and not even upgrade. It will your choice.

Return to the FAQ's list

29) Is there anything else that the owner is required to do to maintain the system?

Yes, the gasoline that is going into you engine is in the form of a long chain molecule that is hard to burn completely. Those covalent bonds can be broken down to make that fuel burn faster and more completely. We have developed a special “Covalizer” that you carry in a 32 ounce flask with a convenient one ounce measuring compartment. Just squeeze out one ounce at a time up into the top chamber. It takes 3 ounces for every ten gallons of gas you put into your fuel tank. Note; the new formulation requires no mixing and is added at the rate of 1/2 oz per 10 gallons. While this is an inconvenience, you will get use to it and it is a lot more inconvenient to work twice as hard to earn the money for the extra cost of your fuel.

Return to the FAQ's list

30) What kind of mileage increase can I realistically expect?

That depends on a lot of different factors. The condition of your car has a lot to do with it. Has it been well maintained and serviced? We have had some makes and models that are the same, but some vehicles do better or worse. For example one V-8 F-150 Ford pickup was only able to achieve a 56% increase in mileage, while another one we installed went from 11 mpg highway to 33 mpg. The size or horsepower of your car seems to have a lot to do with it. Four cylinder vehicles almost always double mileage, while the bigger V-8s usually get more like a 60- 70% increase. One of our specialists did a 1998 Airstream motor home that went from 6.8 miles per gallon to 22 mpg! There are exceptions.

Of course the smaller increase means more to the owner of the bigger gas guzzlers, because it uses twice as much gas and usually only gets half the mileage. What is better… all of a little or half of a lot? It all comes out pretty even, actually. We are absolutely guaranteeing you a 50% increase in mileage, but it should double. We have had a few vehicles that even our tuning specialists just were not able to get the increase. It is very rare, and we do not fully understand why. Some vehicles have mechanical problems that would take a lot of time and money to diagnose (perhaps the on board computer needs replacing).

On the rare occasions we run into that we would rather just refund the money for the kit and accept the defeat. Of course the customer can spend the money repairing the vehicle and then achieve the mileage increase or keep the kit and put it on another vehicle. That does not mean that when the PICC is ready for that vehicle we will not be able to do a lot with the PICC. The PICC technology by/passes the computer altogether. We believe our PICC will get every personal vehicle on the road over 100 miles per gallon (even SUVs).

Return to the FAQ's list

31) If I don’t get an increase of 50% but I am pleased with my savings can I keep it?

The minimum savings guarantee is a benefit offered to our customers and it is completely the consumer’s decision whether or not to avail themselves of it. We are sure that if you only happened to achieve a 45% savings, most people (especially with large pick ups and SUVs) would still be ecstatic with that. The savings guarantee is there to absolutely assure all customers that we will at least meet or exceed that standard. The choice of enforcing it or not is entirely yours. You can be assured that we will cheerfully refund the cost of the kit if it falls short of our pledge.

Return to the FAQ's list

32) Why should I purchase my HAFC kit(s) as soon as possible?

We believe that we are in the process of revolutionizing the entire automobile industry. What we have witnessed in our research on the PICC is more than exciting. We know that big business is always resistant to change. We are taking the challenge of growing sales and infrastructure over the next three or four months. The purpose is to set up the opportunity to force the acceptance of the Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter beyond usual political temptations.

If we have upwards of 50,000 HAFCs to convert to the PICC, we have all we need to explode it onto the market. The car manufacturers are straining to get 35 miles per gallon with SUVs by the year 2020 and we can modify any SUV in America to get way more than twice that goal right away! Does that not change everything? We can have the manufacturing set up to meet that explosive growth, assuming a very successful HAFC program. So, we are pushing hard to create and keep up with a fast growing market.

Shipping MUST operate on a “first come; first served” basis. To avoid any frustration from our customers, we have a plan to grow methodically. It is our hope that we will never fall behind in our goal of following through on orders within a few weeks time at most. But, think about it. The early bird gets the worm. If it goes crazy, as anyone should see it could, it could get harder and harder to keep within a few weeks of orders. And keep in mind the HAFC is available for worldwide distribution, in some countries the price of gasoline NOW is over $6 a gallon. Every day you do not have our technology is just more wasted gasoline money and pollution!

Return to the FAQ's list

33) Is there any government credits or incentives available to HAFC owners?

We have not fully researched this for a definitive answer but provide the following web site for the US Department of Energy for your information:
Alternative Fuels & Advanced Vehicles Data Center

Return to the FAQ's list

34) Where can I find contact information of satisfied customers?

May we first ask you a question? Would you want to be inundated with calls from complete strangers wanting to know how your HAFC is doing? The company behind the manufacturing is currently running (Feb. ‘08) full page ads in national magazines that comprise a total subscriber list of over twenty million readers. Needless to say we are getting quite busy.

That is why we have done something even better than giving out the private information of our customers (which will never be divulged without prior consent). We are offering you the best reference you could ever get… We are offering YOU as a reference for yourself. We are offering you the chance to try our HAFC kit on your own vehicle. If it does not perform at the guaranteed level you can return it for a 100% refund of ALL the money you paid for your HAFC kit less shipping costs.

We have been offering our hundreds of customers that very same offer since July of 2007 and there are no complaints. There are no customers who have ever exercised that guaranteed right with any authorized dealer and been denied their full refund. The only thing we ask is to give it a fair evaluation (via a controlled before and after mileage test) and return it in resalable condition.

Who else guarantees a 50% improvement in fuel economy? No one except us, AND WE MEAN IT! Where do you have a better chance of getting the gasoline monkey off of your back and out of your pocket?

Return to the FAQ's list

35) How does this HAFC technology compare to other hybrid kits out there?

In the case of the hybrid concept you are taking the losses from having to use the brakes and stop or slow down the vehicle to power an alternator to charge a battery and store inertial energy that would otherwise have been lost. You take that potential energy from lost inertia and use it to create momentum. That is a great idea! Of course it works better in city driving with the stop and go scenario.

Is it worth the effort and the cost? That is the big question only you can answer. To modify a car into a hybrid after it has been manufactured, can cost $5,000 or more with the other hybrid kits that can be purchased. They average a return of an additional 8 or so miles per gallon. But, now there is another way, our HAFC kit for now that will soon mature into our PICC technology for mind boggling fuel economy.

Does it make more sense to spend 5K or so on a hybrid kit to gain a possible 8 miles per gallon or to spend $1,000 on our HAFC technology to increase your mileage by a guaranteed 50% or more? Of course, when the PICC is available, we believe all cars will get over 100 miles per gallon and that the complete PICC modification (including the HAFC) is not expected to be as expensive as the current so-called hybrid modification kits other vendors are currently offering.

Return to the FAQ's list

36) How does this kit compare to just buying a new hybrid car?

Hybrid car modifications are the first good fuel economy idea to come out of Detroit for more than two decades. The car manufacturers can more easily offer a hybrid version of any model (they control the computer). The price difference between a regular car and its hybrid equivalent vehicle can be substantial. For example, the Honda Civic EX costs $3,090 more for a combined mileage difference of 13 more miles per gallon for an average of 42 mpg.

It is much less than the cost of buying one of the other kits and modifying the vehicle after it has been manufactured. Of course we have a ‘07 Honda Civic that we have modified with our HAFC kit. It currently gets 85 miles per gallon highway and a combined mileage of 59 miles per gallon rather than the 42 mpg of the manufactured hybrid. Our HAFC costs less than half the difference in total to buy and install and is providing more than twice as much additional mileage. It should be easy to see the value of an HAFC upgrade.

Return to the FAQ's list

37) Has the HAFC system been independently tested?

The company has been in the process of requesting CARB testing since December ‘07 for our HAFC system. We are working with a California engineering firm to do a protocol unit for testing and there is little doubt we will obtain CARB certification on the HAFC. We believe that the CARB program is a sincere effort to protect the environment and we intend to co-operate fully with their efforts.

Many cars that have failed a smog inspection for the third time have been modified to the HAFC and passed with flying colors. In fact, when people fail inspection, modifying a car is the best way to get it passed. The 2007 Honda Civic we will be showing at a renewable energy show in Washington DC was smog tested in New Jersey, it was allowed 100 hydrocarbons. With the HAFC system in place, it had only 11 and absolutely no carbon monoxide (NOX)!

38) Has the PICC been accepted by the EPA as an authorized catalytic converter?

Not yet in that the PICC has yet to be officially introduced, we believe that the EPA would have no choice but to approve it with exhaust so clean you can breath it. We also believe that our PICC will set a new standard for emission control in the automotive industry.

It may happen right away, or it may take time to get past the politics. In any event, we can all be enjoying the benefits of the HAFC technology now while we await EPA approval for this new revolution in catalytic converters. If you have yet to view our introduction video on the PICC technology we invite you to do so now and make your own determinations.

39) Can we install the HAFC kit on a leased vehicle?

That depends on the contract that you signed with your leasing company. We suggest that you, or your legal counsel, review that document and determine what is stated concerning after market products. It, most likely, says nothing about this subject. If it states nothing about that, then we believe you will be fine, especially since the total HAFC system can be removed at any time.

When the HAFC kit is removed, the car is immediately returned to its original condition. It would be like in the old days when the horse died, you just removed the saddle and put in our your next horse.

In the case of the PICC, we are working on a lending program whereby, if a customer commits to a PICC conversion, our lenders will most likely refinance their current lease. They are well aware that the PICC will dramatically increase the value of any vehicle.

40) What happened to the electric car?

The electric car was the dumbest idea ever! They claim that electricity is “clean energy” and that is a HUGE lie! Well over half of all the electricity produced in this country is made from coal.

You take coal, the worst possible energy source that creates acid rain, and make the “clean” electricity from it, doing more damage to the environment than using gasoline in your car could ever do. Then send it over transmission lines with line loses of 10-15% and plug your electric car into the wall to charge a battery that is only 50% efficient.

It does not take a genius to understand that is not very smart. You start out with the most damaging agent possible and then get the inefficiencies of not only the power plant, but also the transmission lines, and the battery into the mix. It would be better for the environment if we just partially burned the gasoline in our stock engines. Electricity in cars “appears” to be “clean” energy, but in fact, is anything but “clean”.

42) Why not just wait for the PICC to be ready for market?

While it is true the public debut of our Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter will be held in grand fashion in early March, that alone in no way, signifies an early market release of the PICC. In most states of the Union it is illegal to remove the “sacred factory catalytic convertor”. EPA approval will have to be secured prior to offering it to the general public as an “officially recognized” catalytic converter replacement.

The PICC certainly is what we have been designing as the crown jewel of our fuel technology line of products. We believe that it will revolutionize the way vehicles are manufactured in the near future. We have also discovered, in our research and development process, that the HAFC technology compliments the conversion of liquid fuel into a plasma inside the PICC’s reaction chamber.

We started with the HAFC technology, because it was easier to make universal, avoided the anti-tampering laws, and is legal now. When we discovered what the HAFC could offer in the process of plasma production, we were glad we had done so. One big advantage the HAFC has over the PICC is that it is less costly for the consumer and is available now.

We were also shocked to discover that on many 4 cylinder cars, with the HAFC alone, we actually experienced over 100 miles per gallon on our scientific orange test. If a kit that costs $1,000 can deliver that kind of efficiency, it would not make economic sense to spend an additional $3,000 in order to improve your fuel economy by another 2 - 3 fold.

Example: If you are driving 15,000 miles a year, and enjoying 100 miles per gallon with the HAFC, then you are only using 150 gallons of gas every year or 3 gallons per week. Why would you pay an additional $3,000 to cut that down to only one gallon of gas a week? Of course for the larger engines, to go from 10 miles per gallon to 15 (or even 20+) mpg with the HAFC would be great, and very cost effective. But to upgrade into the complete package and obtain 100 miles per gallon plus would be well worth the additional expense!

43) Why buy an HAFC when I know where to get a cheap hydrogen separator?

It is true there are cheap hydrogen separators available that will make a hydrogen fuel from water. That is a far different technology. Our Hydro Assist Fuel Cell makes water gas (HHO). Water gas is a combination of the hydrogen and oxygen from the water and makes the most unique and powerful gas yet known.

It is also true that other companies are offering water gas units. Our associate originally worked with Yull Brown when he brought the water gas (aka Brown’s Gas) technology back from China in the 90s. We understand this technology like few others do and our unique patent pending system is much more than just a water gas maker. We have scientifically blended the processes of vaporization, ionization, covalization (breaking down the covalent bonds of the fuel), and combining HHO to assist combustion and raise the octane level.

We have tested most of the fuel saving gas additives on the market today and not one of the products we tested can pass our orange test with anywhere near the results of our “HAFC Covalizer”. Our covalizer has been developed by scientists formally employed by major oil companies and is registered with the EPA .

Assuming you are somehow able to find comparable components at an equivalent cost of our HAFC, there is still a major problem remaining. Your factory on-board computer, working in conjunction with the emissions control system will detect fuel saving devices triggering the system into a default or “full rich” status.

Our optimizer is only sold with a genuine HAFC kit. You cannot buy it anywhere else for any price. It is a mini computer that teaches your factory on-board computer how to regulate and accept our energy saving system providing fuel economy without changing the safe operating parameters designed into your engine.
